From the embassy: "Ambassador Merten raised this case with Prime Minister Bellerive and the Minister of Social Affairs this morning. Both pledged to resolve the impasse. The Minister of Social Affairs said he would contact IBESR and others ASAP to resolve the situation and said he would call us back as soon as it is done."
It sounds like an improvement...is it going to be done on Haitian time? I'm really tired of Haitian time.
